XAR400 mechanical properties of wear-resistant steel

Basic information
XAR 400 is a high abrasion resistance of the special structural steel, in general, the higher the hardness, the higher the abrasion resistance. The average hardness of 400HB, of such a wear-resistant special structural steel having good martensite - bainite microstructure by quenching or quenching and weldable. Molybdenum, nickel, boron alloy to be added to ensure that the entire thickness direction of the uniform texture.
Use
For wear - exposed structures, such as the the prospector and bulldozers protection pad, enclosure wall. Support or reinforcement plates; the truck turned body cutting board. Wear plate; mixing elements and conveying elements, chute ditch, display, machine tools, crushers together shredders, scrap briquetting presses, blade, paving abrasive and agricultural machinery.
